Activities for this role include working closely with business super users/subject matter experts, understand the issues/defects, work with Oracle Support, developers and QA to resolve and test defects. Needs to stabilizing the solution for Oracle supply chain modules to which new functionality was recently rolled out. Accountabilities:
- Expert in Oracle E-Business Suite value chain planning modules - ASCP, Global Order Promising (GOP), Sourcing Rules, Available to Promise/Ship/Reserve, Internal Requisition Sales Order process
- Strong understanding of how Order Management/Sales Orders impact Oracle ASCP module,
- Knowledge about Oracle Inventory, WIP and BOM and how these modules integrate with value chain modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quickly analyzes issues/defects to identify the root cause
- Works effectively with Oracle Support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite supply chain modules
- Experience in functional design and implementation of ASCP
- Deep understanding of how Order Management and ASCP modules integrate
- Has enough technical knowledge to help developers fix the issue and help QA resources test the fix
