Requirements for the role include,

• Minimum 4 years' experience in civil engineering with strong earthworks exposure
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and support project delivery
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges
