Home Health Registered Nurse (RN Skilled) $80 per visit and $5k Retention

Home Health Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits to service SOUTH Austin, Texas and surrounding metro areas. For Full-Time (FT) only:

• A company issued tablet.
• Use of a company car (qualifications and conditions apply)
• $5,000.00 pre-taxed retention incentive after completion of initial year of FT employment.

** Travel Time and Mileage Paid. (Note, mileage is not paid if using a company vehicle) **

• Per Hour: $80.00 (Initial Assessments/Starts of Care and Recerts).
• Per Hour: $45.00 (Treatments/Discharges)

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
