Senior Veterinary Clinical Director

We are excited to be working on a rare senior leadership opportunity that is a strategic, high level role for an experienced vet to lead 3 thriving practices in Scotland. Offering you the chance to lead, mentor, and drive clinical standards across multiple sites.
The role:

• You'd be working closely with the Senior Practice Director and Regional Director to shape the future of three growing practices. With a strong existing team and room for further development, this is an opportunity to have a significant impact on both clinical standards and business growth.Oversee three expanding practices, leading teams of vets, nurses, and support staff
• Develop clinical protocols, support team progression, and drive best practices
• Work with regional leadership teams, influencing operational and business strategy
• Full-time, 40-hour week with flexibility

Who We’re Looking For

• An experienced veterinary surgeon with a background in leadership
• Someone confident in management and clinical development
• A vet who thrives in a strategic role while maintaining a strong clinical focus
• Strong communicator, able to mentor and inspire teams
