Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising staff to maintain high standards of performance. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to travel between sites in Scotland and nort west England. Responsibilities

• Manage daily sites operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
• Prepare reports on site activities, including productivity levels and safety incidents.
• Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to the site environment.
• Proficient in using EPOS software tools for reporting and communication.
• Experiance in Inventory management and stock control
