Full time, permanent position available Are you a Hospital clinical pharmacist or a newly registered pharmacist and looking to kick start your career in one of New Zealand's leading public hospitals? We have the right role for you! * Rotate through different services and specialties to develop your skills and knowledge * Work alongside our experienced Pharmacists who will be there to support you! * On the job training with continuous improvement and development opportunities * Competitive remuneration commensurate with your skills and experience * This position is a Green List tier 1 occupation - straight to Residence Visa Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain experience in all areas of the department and contribute to the delivery of the pharmacy service by providing high quality pharmaceutical care to patients across Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We can provide the foundation to clinical pharmacy and stretch you into the speciality services offered at Te Toka Tumai including transplant services, Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Cancer and Blood, and Paediatrics. As a rotational pharmacist, you will participate in a structured rotational programme tailored to you in order to develop your core skills, and knowledge that are essential to be an experienced and well-rounded hospital pharmacist. During this time you will be supported to undertake relevant clinical postgraduate qualifications to further develop your clinical skills. Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important Skills You will be an enthusiastic clinical pharmacist, committed to furthering yourself and your peers with the ability to role model the Te Toka Tumai Auckland values. * Qualified with a B.Pharm degree with NZ registration or applicable NZ recognised qualification from overseas, postgraduate clinical qualifications are desirable. * Registered, or be eligible for registration, with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate.
