About This Role

We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer who wants to build iconic tools that solve deeply complex problems with beautiful, intuitive interfaces.

Our users operate in high-risk, high-stakes environments, from climbing wind turbines to inspecting offshore rigs, and rely on our tools to make decisions that impact lives, safety, and billions in value.

This role is not just about creating “nice-looking” screens. It’s about obsessing over user problems, sweating every interaction, and leveling up the visual and functional quality of our entire product suite.

You’ll work directly with the founders, engineers, and enterprise users - prototyping, testing, and iterating fast. What You’ll Do

• Design simple, powerful interfaces for complex, high-stakes workflows
• Prototype quickly and test directly with end-users, sometimes in-person, onsite at industrial facilities
• Translate ambiguous, real-world problems into elegant digital solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineering to bring designs to life with pixel perfection
• Continuously refine our visual language, UI patterns, and interaction models
• Help define our design culture from the ground up, including process, rituals, and standards

Who You Are

• You have a portfolio that shows you can ship real products (web or mobile) that are both beautiful and deeply usable
• You think in terms of user problems, not just screens
• You’re confident running your own process: from research to prototyping to high-fidelity UI
• You’re not afraid to get out of the Figma file and speak directly with customers
• You care about visual quality as much as functional clarity - you want the product to feel amazing

Bonus Points If You Have

• Coding skills (even just enough to prototype or build your own side projects)
• Experience working with Figma/ Lovable/ Framer
• Shipped products used by enterprise or technical users
• Worked in early-stage startups or fast-paced, chaotic environments

Compensation + Benefits

💰 £70,000 - £110,000 + equity
