The role works closely with customers to configure systems, migrate data, deliver user training, and ensure successful adoption of electronic medical record and practice management solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects for Medtech software solutions.
• Gather customer requirements and configure software to meet clinical workflows.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, and system integration activities.
• Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and support teams.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain implementation documentation and project reports.
• Support software upgrades and customer transition activities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
