Shifts: Day / afternoon / nights + sleepover shifts

Job descriptionWe are hiring for Ringwood East. This is a hands-on role supporting vulnerable residents with daily living and personal care, helping maintain a safe and respectful home environment, and supporting community access where required.This role requires compassion, patience, strong judgement, and consistent professionalism.
Must have

• Experience working with people with disability, including clients with cognitive/intellectual disability and/or psychosocial disability (mental health support needs)
• Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability (or equivalent)
• Up-to-date First Aid & CPR and Food Safety / Food Handling
• Highly skilled in everyday support tasks including cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, supervision
• Full driver licence and a good driving record (resident transport is part of the role)
• Ability to work sleepover shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and flexibility
• A genuine commitment to delivering a safe, respectful, person-centred experience

You will be responsible for

• Supporting a large number of live-in residents in a warm residential facility
• Personal care support (hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility support as required)
• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning, tidying, and laundry
• Medication support/supervision (as authorised and within scope/policy)
• Supporting residents to follow their care plans and daily routines
• Providing transport to appointments/outings and assisting with community access when required
• Completing accurate shift notes, handovers, and incident documentation

• Disability support experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Full Driver Licence (preferred)
• Certificate III (preferred)
