Position Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
Salary Range: USD $90,000–$140,000 (based on experience and capability)
Position Overview:Enchem America is seeking a highly experienced (Senior) Manager to support the Office of the CEO and lead business planning, new business development, investment feasibility analysis, and overall management support for our North American operations. This position plays a key role in strategic planning, project execution, and communication between headquarters, local operations, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities New Business Development & Feasibility Analysis:- Identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop financial models (cash-flow based)
- Perform business due diligence and risk assessment
- Conduct market/industry research and competitive analysis
Management Planning & Corporate Strategy:- Support mid/long-term business planning for U.S. entity
- Manage KPIs and provide analytical performance reports
- Facilitate communication with HQ and key North American partners
- Track and execute CEO directives; prepare executive-level reports
Project Management & Cross-functional Coordination:- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Support HR planning, organizational operations, and business process improvements
- Coordinate with government agencies, partner companies, and stakeholders when required
Minimum Qualifications:- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or eligible for visa sponsorship
- 15–20 years of experience in large U.S. corporations (500+ employees)
- Experience in Business Planning, Management Strategy, Sales Planning, or HR Planning (2+ areas required)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (cash-flow based)
- Experience in due diligence for new businesses or investments
- Must pass reference checks from previous employers
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position
- Fluency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) is required due to extensive coordination with Korean headquarters and bilingual business operations
Preferred Qualifications:- Graduate of Top 50 MBA programs, Law School, or PhD programs
- Experience in manufacturing, battery, EV, or automotive industries
- Experience in Strategy, M&A, FP&A, or HR Planning
