- Evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Collaborating with team members to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintaining documentation to meet regulatory standards
- Obtaining and updating physician orders
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- NBCOT certification, if required by state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
