Job Title: Oracle Project Manager (ERP / Oracle Technologies)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Project Manager with strong experience delivering enterprise Oracle programs. This role requires hands-on leadership in managing Oracle ERP and related technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing complex projects, stakeholder communication, and driving successful delivery in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle projects (implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support)
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and overall execution
- Coordinate effectively with Oracle functional and technical teams
- Drive project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting
- Manage onsite-offshore delivery model and ensure seamless collaboration
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and delivery commitments
- Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and business teams across Oracle platforms
Required Skills & Experience- 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management
- Strong experience managing Oracle-based projects, including:
- Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS)
- Oracle SCM / HCM
- Oracle integrations and middleware
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware tools
- Prior experience working with large system integrators such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, or Accenture
- Previous onsite experience in the United States
