Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Project Manager with strong experience delivering enterprise Oracle programs. This role requires hands-on leadership in managing Oracle ERP and related technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing complex projects, stakeholder communication, and driving successful delivery in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle projects (implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support)
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and overall execution
• Coordinate effectively with Oracle functional and technical teams
• Drive project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting
• Manage onsite-offshore delivery model and ensure seamless collaboration
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and delivery commitments
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and business teams across Oracle platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management
• Strong experience managing Oracle-based projects, including:
• Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS)
• Oracle SCM / HCM
• Oracle integrations and middleware
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware tools
• Prior experience working with large system integrators such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, or Accenture
• Previous onsite experience in the United States
