Home Health Occupational Therapist (OTR) $100 to $115 per Visit $10k Retention

• Medicare SOCs/Recerts: $115.00
• Non- Medicare SOCs/Recerts: $100.00
• Treatments/DC: $70.00

For Full-Time (FT) only:

• A company issued tablet.
• $10,000.00 pre-taxed retention incentive
• ( paid out increments of 3months/6months /1year)

• Implement Occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists.​
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance their daily living skills.​
• Monitor and document patients' progress, communicating effectively with the healthcare team.​
• Educate patients and their families on the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to improve quality of life.​

Qualifications:

• Current Texas state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.​
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.​
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.​
• Ability to provide care for pediatric and adult patients in the home setting.
