Key Responsibilities Planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily paneer or yoghurt production operations Managing production schedules to meet output, quality, and delivery targets Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards Monitoring production costs, efficiency, and wastage, and implementing process improvements Supervising, training, and managing production staff Ensuring plant, equipment, and materials are used efficiently and safely Maintaining production records and reporting on output, quality, and operational performance Ensuring compliance with New Zealand regulatory and health & safety requirements Skills,Qualification & Experience Required Bachelors in business or management(food production management) or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in paneer or yoghurt production or dairy manufacturing Strong understanding of dairy processing, quality control, and manufacturing systems Proven ability to manage production teams and workflows Good problem-solving and organizational skills Salary & Benefits $30 – $35 per hour, depending on skills and experience Full-time, ongoing employment Work visa support available for the successful overseas applicant, subject to Immigration New Zealand requirements Eligibility Applicants must meet New Zealand employment standards Overseas applicants with relevant experience are encouraged to apply How to Apply Please apply via Trade Me with your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
