Must be open to overtime and shift flexibility USC/ GC/ TN Visa/H1B transfer candidate acceptable About the Role:We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Production Operators (Level II, III, Sr. Operator) with Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing expertise. You will be responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining state-of-the-art production equipment including compression, granulation, encapsulation, and coating machines, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering excellent benefits, relocation support, and career growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment including tablet presses, granulators, encapsulators, and coaters (e.g., Fette, MG2, Korsch, Glatt).
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and GMP regulations during production.
• Perform cleaning, setup, dismantling, and changeovers of equipment.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and accurate documentation.
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional activities.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing (compression, encapsulation, coating, granulation).
• Proficiency in equipment operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and batch documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Basic English communication (read and speak instructions clearly).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Wurster coating, bead tower, and fluid bed dryers.
• Forklift certification (preferred, not required).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
