About the Role:As our Retail Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also be instrumental in leading a team and fostering a culture of success and accountability. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Coach and lead staff to meet KPIs and deliver top-tier service
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and stock control
• Handle rostering, staff performance, and recruitment support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
