Job Title:  Chef de Partie  Location:  Sydney Employment Type:  Full-time  Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate (candidate must be in Australia to apply)   About Our Client:   Join a well-established motel restaurant situated in a picturesque coastal city of Coffs Harbour in NSW. Our client takes pride in offering a high-quality dining experience to their guests, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and exceptional customer service.    About the Role:   Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled  Chef de Partie  to join their dynamic kitchen team. This role is ideal for a motivated chef looking to gain hands-on experience and further develop their culinary skills under a structured training program. The position comes with  employer sponsorship under the Subclass 407 Training Visa , providing an excellent opportunity for career growth in Australia.    Key Responsibilities:  
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu standards 
  • Ensure food presentation is of a high standard 
  • Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and stock control 
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times 
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations 
  • Follow food safety and workplace health & safety regulations 
  • Support the Head Chef with training junior kitchen staff 

Requirements:  
  • Knowledge and experience in Continental Cuisine 
  • Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong foundation in Continental Cuisine 
  • Strong passion for food and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques 
  • Prior experience in a hotel, motel, or restaurant setting is highly desirable

  • The candidate is responsible for covering the costs related to visa application, training plan, and migration consulting
