Hair Transplant Technician – Join a Premier Plastic Surgery Clinic in SydneyWe are seeking a highly skilled Hair Transplant Technician, preferably with a nursing background, to join our growing and dynamic plastic surgery clinic based in Sydney. Led by a Plastic Surgeon, our clinic offers a friendly, collaborative environment with a strong focus on patient outcomes and surgical excellence.About the Role:
This is a hands-on position for a confident and experienced technician who is proficient in both FUE and FUT techniques, including harvesting, implantation, and case preparation. You will work closely with the surgeon, adapting to different roles depending on the needs of each case.You will also have designated admin days where you’ll assist in consulting new patients, post-op care, liaising with administrative staff, and, if qualified, supporting other surgical patients in our clinic. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 7+ years of experience in all aspects of hair transplantation
• Can teach and mentor junior staff and share their skills with generosity and patience
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented surgical environment
• Is adaptable and keen to grow within a multidisciplinary aesthetic clinic
• Can confidently consult and care for post-transplant patients
• Ideally holds a nursing qualification and is open to being trained in other clinical roles
