Bar Manager

We are a rock n roll cocktail bar and Italian restaurant. We're looking for an experienced, and passionate Bar Manager. About the role You will be responsible for: Hiring and training staff
Stocktake and ordering
Maintaining health code requirements
Managing financial transactions
Pricing stock and maintaining profit margins
Selecting and training both wait staff and bar staff
Taking reservations, and managing bookings
Understanding of pay roll and staff roster
Menu consultation in collaboration with chefs
Encourage a positive work environment and exceptional communication skills Qualifications & experience Current, valid RSA Certificate
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Ability to work well under pressure
Passion and drive for the industry
Exceptional leadership skills
Able to work as a team Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Benefits:
