About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our combined petrol station, Kitchen and grocery store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of retail operations, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and customer service efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the petrol station and grocery retail areas.
- Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demands.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate staff, including rostering and performance management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales.
- Maintain inventory control, ensure product quality, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee fuel deliveries, pricing adjustments, and point-of-sale system updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Skills & Experience Required: - Previous experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager in a petrol station, supermarket, or convenience store.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Good understanding of stock management, sales reporting, and staff supervision.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant qualification in Business, Management, or Retail (desirable).
· Candidate must be willing to relocate & live in Karratha
