Interior Designer/Project Manager

About Us We are a luxury home development and remodeling company based in Bergen County, NJ, with projects across Northern New Jersey and New York City. Our focus is on high-end single-family homes, and we manage the entire process — from acquisition and design to construction and sales. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the developer, gain hands-on experience, and learn how to build a project from A to Z. You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team and must have a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset to thrive. ⸻ What You’ll Do Design & Sourcing

• Assist with layouts, finish selections, and FF&E

• Source materials both locally and internationally

• Prepare design documents, mood boards, and sample kits

• Communicate with vendors and track orders

Site Visits & Implementation

• Visit job sites regularly to ensure design is executed properly

• Work closely with the construction manager and contractors

• Help manage inventory, deliveries, and coordination with our warehouse

Project Coordination

• Track progress and assist with scheduling

• Support with permits, inspections, and punchlist items

• Maintain strong communication between all team members

Marketing & Content

• Capture on-site videos/photos for social media and marketing

• Assist with listing content and organize project image library

⸻ Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in interior design field

• Degree or current student in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Strong design skills and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Canva

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites (car required)

• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese highly preferred

• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to learn

• Based in NJ preferred
