Site Manager / Working Foreman – Commercial Shopfitting & Fitouts

Brisbane & Southeast QueenslandImmediate Start Available | Full-Time or ABN | Sponsorship Available for the Right CandidateSiomin Constructions is a growing commercial fitout and shopfitting company delivering high-quality retail, hospitality, office and commercial projects throughout South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman to join our team.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can confidently manage site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and will get on the tools to keep projects moving and maintain program requirements.Salary

• $120,000 – $140,000 + Super
• $60 – $80/hr + GST (ABN arrangement, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project programs and achieve key milestones.
• Conduct site inductions and maintain site safety compliance.
• Complete daily site reports and project documentation.
• Assist with installation works and get on the tools when required.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, landlords and consultants.
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues.
• Maintain clean, organised and professional worksites.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Foreman within commercial shopfitting, fitouts or construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial fitout and retail construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Current Construction White Card.
• Current Driver's Licence.
