Title: Trades Officer Occupation: Carpenter (ANZSCO 331212) Salary: $76,515 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: ACW Property Services Employer: A Cleaner World Location: Tullamarine, VIC 3043 Experience Required: min 3 years in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include • Carry out renovation work including monitoring projects • Monitoring of progress & feedback on renovation works & reporting back to Property Services Vic State Manager • Supervising and co-ordinating staff and internal/external contractors as required • Proficiency to use power tools • General residential and commercial building maintenance & repairs • Painting and decorating • Small plastering and plastering repair work • General carpentry • Door and window installation & repair • Assist property services supervisor with quoting when required such as taking photos and measurements • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures • Preparation of risk assessments and SWMS • Prepare site checks for relevant staff, subcontractors and suppliers prior to commencement of jobs where required • Purchasing materials according to ACW instruction and recording job number • Ensure all paperwork is finalised (signed off and given to ACW admin) PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
