Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging-in-place strategies.
Maintain physical requirements such as lifting, repositioning, and patient transfers, and drive to patient locations.
Qualifications Include
Valid PT license and degree from an accredited program.
Proficiency with computers and EMR systems.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care.
