Job Description:
Sandstone & Co Cafe Restaurant is seeking a Chef full-time/ part-time to work in a fast-paced café restaurant. The position requires an individual who is reliable, efficient, and able to work as part of a small team.
The RoleAs a Chef at Sandstone & Co Café Restaurant, you will be responsible for:· Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard.· Supporting the daily operation of the food outlets.· Assisting the Head Chef with menu planning and recipe development.· Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.· Working with the team to ensure consistent quality of food and service.
What We're Looking For· Trade-qualified chefs (Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent), with minimum 3 years experience· Must know how to cook steak and pans· Must be reliable and do split shifts· Strong food safety and kitchen standards.· Food safety certification required.· A positive, professional attitude and team focus.· For the right candidate, we offer visa sponsorship for people living in Victoria, Australia.
