We are actively searching for a top-caliber Physical Therapist dedicated to improving functional outcomes and promoting independence among older adults. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, empowering you to execute expert interventions, drive rewarding patient outcomes, and enjoy the flexibility to independently manage your treatment schedule for optimal work-life balance.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized, one-on-one physical therapy services primarily to older adult patients within senior living community environments.
  • Facilitate clinically-excellent and autonomous interventions to ensure superior and measurable functional patient outcomes.
  • Actively engage as part of an interdisciplinary therapy team, focusing all efforts on achieving superior functional goals.
  • Maintain full control to create, manage, and alter your treatment schedule independently.
  • Champion the mission to abolish ageism by supporting older adults in maximizing their potential and independence.

Requirements
  • Possession of a current, valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Successful completion of a degree from an accredited physical therapy educational program.
  • Required proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic systems.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
