Part-Time English&Literature Tutor

SG Education is currently seeking an experienced and passionate English Tutor to join our growing academic team in Auckland.We specialise in delivering high-quality English tuition for students from Year 1 to Year 13, with strong academic pathways in Cambridge, IB, and NCEA. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English lessons to students from Year 1–13

• Teach English Language and Literature

• Prepare students for school assessments, exams, essay writing, comprehension, and critical analysis

• Support students in Cambridge, IB, and NCEA English curricula

• Develop lesson plans and provide academic feedback

• Maintain clear communication with students and parents regarding learning progress

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience

• Strong familiarity with the New Zealand education system

• Solid teaching experience in Cambridge, IB, and/or NCEA

• Ability to teach fluently in full English

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Reliable, professional, and committed to long-term teaching
