About the property:The hotel consists of 56 rooms (with 13 luxurious upper-level rooms), a heated pool, steam room, gym, wellness centre (with infrared saunas and float tanks), grand reception, restaurant, bar and small conference room.Your start date will be as soon as practical.
Your Candidate Profile:- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
- Undertake and supervise daily food preparation in anticipation and response of service requirements.
- Prepare ingredients, recipes, and menu items according to established standards and recipes.
- Carrying out quality checks on food supplies to ensure quality and freshness.
- Work closely with other members of the kitchen team, to ensure smooth operations during service period
- Assisting with training and supervision for the kitchen team, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with front of house staff.
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment, food preparation areas and storage areas, complying with the highest standards of cleanliness.
