Guest Experience Host – Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) Location: New Zealand / Australia / Global Depots Employment Type: Full-Time / Casual About the Role Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) is seeking enthusiastic Guest Experience Hosts to be the first point of contact for customers renting motorhomes and joining tourism experiences. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth vehicle handovers, and supporting guests throughout their travel journey. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with check-in and booking procedures. Explain rental agreements, safety instructions, and travel guidelines. Demonstrate motorhome features, appliances, and onboard systems. Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for departure. Conduct basic vehicle checks prior to handover. Provide travel advice, local tips, and customer support during trips. Assist with customer enquiries, issues, and travel disruptions. Process bookings, returns, and update system records. Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle condition and customer details. Follow safety procedures and company compliance requirements. Skills & Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer skills and ability to use booking systems. Full driver’s licence (often required). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
