Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment. Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Xero
  • Assisting with scheduling course appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
  • Handling mail distribution and courier arrangements
  • Supporting inventory management and procurement processes
  • Providing general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times

Requirements
  • Proven office experience or administrative experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player
  • Demonstrated clerical skills including filing, document management, and record keeping
