BC PNP support provided to the qualified candidates Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher Full job description CEFA Early Learning Captain's Cove, Ladner is a grouped childcare composed of a 1 – 5 years old program. We are currently seeking a licensed ECE teachers. Shift will be 7.5-8-hour with 30-min break. PAY $20-22/hr. plus $6/hr. Wage Enhancement Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a high-quality program, in line with the CEFA curriculum
• Plan and maintain a high-quality environment that respects the health, security, and well-being of children.
• Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress or problems with parents and other staff members.
• Communicate in a thorough, clear, and timely manner both written and oral.
• Be genuine, supportive, engaged, and a productive team member who is open to and implements feedback and guidance.
• Support children in the development of their self-help skills and independence.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
• Attend staff meetings, and any professional development opportunities as required.
• Work in partnership to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• To maintain regular attendance, punctuality and to be appropriately dressed and professional at all times.

Qualifications

• BC ECE license required
• Current Emergency First Aid & CPR-C Certification
• Previous CEFA experiences or CEFA certification is considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week Benefits:
