Cabana Attendant

Begin date: 4/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 13 Job Duties: Perform routine functions of setting up and taking down beach/pool chairs, cabanas, and umbrellas. Deliver/pick-up property rental items. Prepare, produce, service and restock snack bars. Deliver snacks to guests in pool area and ensure proper accounting of monies and guest charges. Clean pool chairs, tables and umbrellas; arrange pool furniture, rinse and sweep pool area, deck and hot tubs. Assist with routine maintenance of pools and hot tubs. Clean/wash outdoor satellite restrooms. Remove trash and other litter. Keep work area clean and safe. The employer will offer 40 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Shift times vary including: 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm. Other 8-hour day and evening shift times possible/may be required. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with occupancy. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $25.50 per hour. The employer will provide daily transportation from employee housing to and from all worksites on Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to work a flexible 5-day schedule with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Criminal background check required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Applicant must complete an employment application.
