Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Salesperson/Telemarketer with a strong understanding of the furniture industry to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will ensure that customers receive the best possible service, whether they’re shopping online or in-store. Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their furniture and decor needs.
  • Provide expert advice on products, including features, benefits, and design options.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences, space, and budget.
  • Process orders and provide accurate information on product availability, delivery, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with both the online marketing team and the in-store team to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products to enhance the customer’s experience and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings and promotions.
  • Contribute to sales targets and achieve performance goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers.
  • Knowledge of the furniture industry, including trends, materials, and styles.
  • A good understanding of finance or the ability to assist with financing options is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using online sales platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
