Job Description
B1 Licensed Engineer - B737NG Location: UK Contract Type: Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced B1 Licensed Engineer (B737NG) to join their base maintenance team in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a fast-paced environment, working on B737NG Aircraft.
We welcome applications from UK-based engineers as well as international candidates requiring sponsorship and relocation support will be provided for those wishing to move to the UK.
Work Pattern
Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of technicians and mechanics during base maintenance activities.
Oversee the completion and accuracy of maintenance documentation in accordance with company procedures and Part-145 regulations.
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards, promoting a safe and clean working environment.
Support defect investigation, repairs, modifications, and overhaul activities.
Communicate effectively with Bay Managers and Production Planners regarding progress and potential issues.
Take ownership of aircraft component handling, ensuring correct storage, availability, and serviceability.
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, processes, and overall team morale.

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a base maintenance environment.
2. Valid B1 AML (UK CAA or EASA):
3. Proven capability in fault diagnosis, component replacement, modifications, and system knowledge.
4. Type rating and recent experience on B737NG
