Responsibilities: - Build and maintain client relationships, conduct high-level phone or face-to-face consultations, and provide detailed answers to client inquiries about company services, leading to contract signing.
- Create and manage comprehensive client profiles while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Participate in company seminars, market activities, and identify potential clients.
- Master various company business knowledge to offer professional immigration consulting services, guiding clients through the preparation of necessary documentation.
- Handle client information and provide real-time follow-up on immigration cases.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, enhance client satisfaction, and generate new leads through client referrals and resource expansion.
- Proactively complete other tasks as assigned by the company and management.
Basic Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the U.S. immigration, assisted reproduction, insurance, real estate, or education sectors.
- Passion for sales and consulting, with a willingness to continuously improve.
- Goal-oriented, with a commitment to contributing to the company’s growth.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
