Job Description:
Technical Support EngineerRequirements:
  • Must be fluent in Cantonese (priority), as well as Mandarin and English.
  • NFQ Level 6 or higher, with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other office software.
  • Proficient in operating systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10, with basic experience in network and hardware configurations.
  • Strong and quick problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Possession of a valid Irish driving licence, with the ability to drive independently.
  • Good communication, organisational coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • This is an onsite position based in Dublin 11.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for equipment installation, software configuration, and technical support tasks.
  • Provide support and resolve various technical issues for customers via email, phone, and online chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work visa sponsorship is available.
