SAKU Broadway, Japanese pork cutlet restaurant, is currently looking for a professional full-time line cook to join our team.Full-time Line Cook
Job Description
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and handling delivery orders from suppliers)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of kitchen staff
-Clean up and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen area
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
-Follow kitchen policies, procedures and standards
-Handling customer inquiries regarding food suggestions, dietary restrictions, and allergies.Qualification

-having a valid work permit for more than 6 monthsAvailability
-4-5 shifts per week
-Available on weekends and holidays

We are hiring a person who will help us to make fresh bread crumbs (panko) for multiple franchised branches. The job itself could mostly be making fresh panko but If needed, we would ask to help the restaurant from time to time.Duties and responsibilities;
-Follow the procedure to maintain freshness of the Bread + Panko
-Produce freshest panko
-Handle orders/delivery for other branches
-Inventory count (Google sheets)
-Clean equipment and work areaQualifications
-A person who can organize and keep the work area clean
-flexible in schedule
-start work immediately
-able to use basic computer skill specifically google spreadsheets or excel
-eligible work permit for at least 6 monthsPay
$18.5 - $19 per hour
Tip may or may not be paidExpected working hours:
3-4 days a week
15-25 hours per week
