Begin date: 4/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 10 Job Duties: Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other foods for consumption following safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe, using variety of kitchen utensils/equipment, such as blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers, and tenderizers, using various cooking methods. Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature. Portion, arrange and garnish food. Clean food preparation areas, work surfaces, serving areas, and equipment according to safety standards. The employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Monday through Sunday. Normal shift times vary including: 6am-1pm, 10am-5pm, 12pm-7pm, 3pm-10pm. Optional 30-minute unpaid meal break is not included in shift times. Other day and evening shift times possible/may be required. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with occupancy, and weather. The employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Meal discounts are available to employees. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $26.39 per hour. Employer will provide an optional bicycle for daily transportation to/from the main worksite. Must be able to lift, carry, pull, push up to 50 lbs. Must be able to speak, read and write basic level of English. Must be able to continuously stand and work for long periods of time. Must be able to work in hot kitchen environment and outdoor kitchen environment. Must be able to withstand working with fumes, gases, and other possible irritants. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
