JDE Functional Consultant - Order-To-Cash

We have a long term contract opportunity for JDE Functional Consultant - Order-To-Cash for a client based in Chicago, IL.
Open to H1B transfers
Position is on-site but open for remote as well.
This role will provide functional and technical support to help research, recreate, and resolve issues raised by our business users. The resource will support incidents and troubleshooting across several functional areas including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance. I would estimate ~30 tickets will be received weekly.
Key skills and experience:
Strong experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.2 preferred)Functional knowledge across O2C, Manufacturing, P2P, and Finance modulesAbility to troubleshoot issues across applications, data, and integrationsExperience working with JDE tables, business functions, and batch jobsFamiliarity with JDE tools such as Orchestrator, UBE troubleshooting, and securityExperience working with users to recreate issues and document root causeStrong communication skills to interact directly with business stakeholdersAbility to manage incidents within an established ticketing system
