About the Role:

This is a full-time position with no afterhours, offering excellent work-life balance. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced vets and support staff in a collaborative environment. Your role will include:
  • Opportunities to lead complex surgical, dental, and diagnostic procedures
  • Involvement in clinical decision-making and case management
  • Mentoring and supporting junior vets and nurses
  • Contributing to the future direction of the practice with the opportunity to grow into a Lead Veterinarian position


About Our Facility:

Our modern, purpose-built small animal hospital features:
  • Digital radiography
  • Doppler ultrasound
  • Endoscopy (flexible & rigid)
  • Dental suite
  • In-house laboratory (Idexx suite including Vetstat, Procyte, Catalyst, Coag, Sedivue and UA analyser)
  • ECG, pulse oximetry, PetMap and Doppler BP monitors

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Senior Veterinarian who:
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
  • Is eligible for full registration in the ACT
  • Delivers a high standard of patient and client care
  • Shows leadership capability or a strong interest in developing leadership skills
  • Enjoys mentoring and working as part of a collaborative team
  • Special interests or further qualifications (dental, surgery, imaging, medicine) are highly regarded.
