Full Job DescriptionHoney Badger Brothers Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support residential construction projects in the Bay Area. This role involves both office coordination and on-site support. Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with project coordination, scheduling, and daily operations
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Track project progress, materials, and timelines
• Support site visits, inspections, and documentation
• Prepare reports, emails, and project updates
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Basic construction knowledge is a plus (not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $48,000 – $85,000/year (based on experience)

• 3-month probation period
