5 temporary, full-time General Laborers from 05/01/2026 to 10/20/2026. Work will be performed at various worksites in Erie, Crawford, Forest, and Warren counties.
Job Duties: Moves event tents and equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) to and from warehouse or event sites, loading docks, and delivery trucks/trailers by hand or using wheeled carts. Helps install and dismantle event tents. Clean and store tent sidewalls, canvas, poles and stakes in warehouse; clean and store folding tables/chairs and dance floor panels in warehouse. Launder event linens. Takes inventory of event equipment. Clean, sweep, and mop warehouse as needed. Clean/wash trailers, delivery vehicles and equipment. Empty trash.
No Minimum Education Or Experience Required.
The employer will provide on-the-job training.
Pre-employment background check required, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and able to team lift when needed.
Must be able to work minimum 5-day workweek, including holidays and weekends as required.

Employer will offer a minimum 35 hours of work per week. Normal shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Work on Saturday and/or Sunday may be required depending on events schedule. Hours and shift time may vary with business needs.
Basic wage rate: $18.06 per hour. Employer may increase wage or provide bonus based on experience, performance, tenure, and/or market conditions. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Overtime may be available at $27.09 per hour. A single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly.
Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Optional employee-shared housing available, approx. $200 per week, payroll deducted if employee elects. Optional housing requires a $100 deposit, refundable based on housing inspection upon departure. Optional daily transportation between employer housing and main worksite available, approx. $37.50 per week, payroll deducted if employee elects.
The employer will provide transportation from main worksite to various worksites within area of intended employment.
The employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
The employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Required uniform shirt provided at no charge to the worker.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. If necessary, employer will reimburse worker within first pay period for approved cost of meals and lodging at the applicable exchange rate, not to ex eed reasonable costs. Receipts must be submitted.
