Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: W2

Visa: H1B transfer, EAD

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Integration Developer with deep expertise in SQL/PLSQL and a strong functional understanding of Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management. This role is critical to designing and maintaining seamless data flows across our Oracle HCM ecosystem and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using:
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • HCM Extracts
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • ATP and Web Services
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits partners to document integration mappings and ensure accurate data exchange
  • Write and optimize custom SQL/PLSQL queries across Oracle HCM tables for reporting and troubleshooting
  • Support functional teams with technical insight into:
  • Payroll earnings and deductions
  • Formula logic behind earnings calculations
  • Compensation and benefit elections
  • Build and maintain custom reports across:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Absence Management
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all HCM integrations

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM data model and table structures
  • Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for custom development and reporting
  • Familiarity with Fast Formulas and their role in payroll calculations
  • Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, BIP, OIC, and Web Services
  • Solid understanding of payroll balance adjustments, retro pay scenarios, and corrected time/absence entries
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams
