Job Description:
Starlight Care is a growing NDIS provider in Western Sydney. We are looking for a community Occupational Therapist who wants meaningful clinical work, genuine flexibility, and a team that backs them.About the role
  • Deliver community-based occupational therapy to NDIS participants across Western Sydney.
  • Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services, including individual therapy sessions, functional capacity assessments (FCAs), assistive technology and equipment assessments, therapy planning and intervention, progress reporting, and comprehensive NDIS reports and recommendations.
  • Hybrid: community visits in the field, with your reports and admin done from office or home.
  • Full-time or part-time, we are flexible on hours.

How we support you
  • We utilise highly experienced third-party clinical supervisors who provide ongoing guidance and mentorship, helping you confidently navigate clinical decision-making, complex cases, reporting requirements, and professional development.
  • A highly collaborative workplace where the Occupational Therapist work closely with Operations, Support Coordination, Care Coordination, and Service Delivery teams to deliver integrated, participant-centred supports.
  • Access to regular peer support, case discussions, and ongoing learning opportunities.

About you
  • 1+ year of OT experience (NDIS experience welcomed, not essential).
  • AHPRA registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia, or eligible to register.
  • A driver's licence and willingness to work in the community.

  • Warm, organised and genuinely good with people.


Benefits
  • $95,000 to $110,000 + super (pro-rata for part-time).
  • Annual KPI bonus scheme with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based income.
  • $2,000 annual CPD budget, enough to cover your 20-hour AHPRA requirement.
  • Hybrid working, with admin from home and a laptop and phone provided.
