Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. This paid position is suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy engaging with diverse clientele. Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support barista duties, including preparing specialised coffee drinks when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
  • Uphold the organisation’s standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Requirements
  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings if required
  • A friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for customer service
  • Experience with food preparation or restaurant operations will be considered an advantage
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
