Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience
• Manage reservations and floor planning effectively
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
• Handle customer feedback professionally

• Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in Italian dining or fine dining)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
