Job Title ServiceNow Product Owner

You will be joining Automation Platforms responsible for the strategy and development for the core, cross-technology ServiceNow Enterprise Platform utilised for IT Service Management, Integrated Risk Management as well as Hardware & Software Asset Management.


The Product Owner is the main contact for Process Owners of the ServiceNow Platform ensuring any business led demands align with the long term ServiceNow Strategy therefore maximising value.

Your Key Responsibilities


  • Support Senior Product Owners in the ‘vision’ for in-scope platform modules in alignment with the overall business outcomes
  • Product backlog management and Prioritizing needs
  • Overseeing module configuration
  • Anticipating customer needs and stakeholder management
  • Keeping up to date with the ServiceNow roadmap for their respective modules
  • Understand platform set up, capacity planning, monitoring, and performance improvement


Your Skills And Experience


  • Significant experience of IT within large corporate environments, specifically in Product Management or in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function.
  • Significant Project Management Experience
  • ServiceNow foundational knowledge
  • IITIL / best practice service context and the ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix structures
  • Graduate Degree or equivalent work experience
