Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sous Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi rolls according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Fish Filleting skill
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulation
- Take over head chef's duty while he's awayQualification
- At least 3 years experience working in a same role
- Proficient in food handling, food preparation, and meal presentation
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong knife skills
- Fish filleting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
