The Sales Director is responsible for leading and scaling Arkansas Global Connects (AGC) H-2B sales function, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account expansion, and team development. This role oversees the full sales organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of sales team members, while establishing scalable processes and go-to-market strategies aligned with AGC’s growth objectives.
The Sales Director will play a critical role in positioning AGC as a market leader in H-2B workforce solutions by building a high-performing, sales-driven culture and ensuring consistent execution across all stages of the sales lifecycle. This individual will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Recruitment, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
  • Own and drive revenue targets for the H-2B sales function.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across target industries (hospitality, landscaping, construction, etc.).
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities and key accounts.
  • Partner with VP of Seasonal Workforce to refine pricing, service offerings, and market positioning.
  • Expand existing client relationships and maximize account value.


Sales Execution & Process Optimization
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close and internal handoff.
  • Implement and refine scalable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion performance.
  • Ensure effective CRM utilization for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead generation and account-based initiatives.


Sales Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on H-2B workforce solutions.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard strategic sales talent aligned with AGC’s growth goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to drive individual and team success.
  • Establish clear quotas, KPIs, and accountability structures.
  • Foster a results-driven culture focused on ownership and continuous improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Recruitment, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on service delivery and client expectations.
  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to operations, maintaining a high-quality client experience.

Client & Industry Leadership
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Represent AGC at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Establish AGC as a trusted advisor to employers navigating the H-2B program.


Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive sales experience, including experience managing and developing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience with H-2B visa program or similar workforce programs preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate contract negotiations and close service-based agreements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment tied to federal visa timelines.

Work Environment
  • Approximately 30% travel expected, including employer site visits, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move between meeting locations during employer visits or industry events.
  • Ability to travel and attend meetings at employer sites or conferences as needed.
