Office Manager to join our growing education and student services team in Sydney, New South Wales.Archer International Education is an education support and student services business focused on assisting students through administrative coordination, enrolment support, education operations, and compliance-related processes within the international education sector. The business operates within a fast-paced office environment requiring strong organisational capability, administrative leadership, operational coordination, and regulatory compliance management.We are currently seeking a motivated Office Manager to oversee and coordinate office operations, administrative systems, staff workflows, and operational processes to support the efficient delivery of education administration and office services.

- Salary: AUD 77,000– AUD 82,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Organising and controlling the daily functions and administrative operations of the office environment
- Contributing to the planning, development, implementation, and review of office administrative systems, operational procedures, and office service standards
- Allocating administrative responsibilities, office resources, equipment, and workflow priorities to support efficient office operations
- Assigning duties to administrative staff and monitoring work performance to ensure operational efficiency and service standards are maintained
- Managing office records, databases, documentation systems, and administrative reporting processes
- Liaising with education professionals, trainers, education agents, students, and external stakeholders to coordinate office operations and facilitate the resolution of operational issues
- Coordinating student administration processes including enrolment documentation, scheduling, record maintenance, and compliance-related administrative activities
- Ensuring office equipment, systems, and administrative supplies are properly maintained and available to support daily business operations
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, organisational policies, and relevant government legislation and procedures
- Supporting personnel administration activities including staff coordination, training support, workflow supervision, and operational scheduling
- Preparing operational reports and administrative summaries to assist management with operational planning and decision-making
- Maintaining professional office standards, customer service quality, and effective communication across the organisation
Skills & Experience Required- Relevant qualification in Business, Leadership and Management, Administration, or related field preferred
- AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or at least two years of relevant industry experience
- Previous experience in office management, administration coordination, education administration, or operational support environments preferred
- Strong organisational, administrative, and workflow management skills
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate office operations within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder liaison, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage records, documentation, and compliance-related administrative processes
- Professional presentation, reliability, and strong work ethic
